There is a growing sentiment among a section of people in the United States that are critical of the current situation surrounding dog culture. This site is going to address this and put forth a different take on the problem as well as offer a workable solution who would want it. With that being said, keep in mind that I am going to be addressing the problem in the Corporation called the United States.
